Easy Pumpkin Fudge


Pumpkin Fudge

Mix 2/3 cup evaporated milk with 2 1/2 cups sugar.
bring to a boil, stir occasionally.

 Add 2/3 cup pumpkin, 1 tsp cinnamon.
bring to a boil again, stir occasionally.

Add 7oz marshmallow creme, 2 tbsp butter. Bring to a rolling boil.

 Boil for 18 minutes stir occasionally. Remove from heat.

Add 1 cup white chocolate chips and 1 tsp. vanilla.

Pour into a foil lined 9x9 pan. cool, cut and eat.
PS. no candy thermometer needed, this comes out amazing!
